BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and developing our E-Commerce platforms, including well-known hotel portals that are evolving beyond traditional platforms. BTC offers a unique array of exclusive services to its members, individual business travelers, and SMEs, aiming to enhance the travel experience of tomorrow. The objective of BTC is to achieve sustainable growth and profitability by fostering customer loyalty and optimizing supplier management, playing a pivotal role in HRS's strategic initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY

Are you eager to delve into Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? Our marketing team is seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into CRM practices alongside a dedicated team that utilizes advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC to successfully launch your campaigns and will be responsible for optimizing these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance metrics such as subject lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management: Design and implement engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting compelling campaign messages in alignment with brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements like subject line effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • A strong passion for marketing.
  • A desire to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in developing editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in German and a good command of English.
  • Must be based in Cologne and willing to work at our headquarters.
