We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Infinidat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the tactical and strategic relationships in an assigned territory or vertical industry with prospects, established clients, business partners, and application ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise accounts, including C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed quota within the assigned territory for Infinidat's enterprise storage infrastructure platform.
- Competitive Landscape Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape of the storage industry and be able to position Infinidat's platform value and capabilities against the competition.
- Proposal Development: Develop proposals for presentations to prospects and clients, highlighting the benefits and value of Infinidat's solutions.
- Relationship Development: Drive the tactical and strategic development of relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and application ecosystem partners.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer satisfaction through pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Penetration: Drive revenue growth through market penetration of Infinidat's enterprise storage infrastructure platform.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In the storage industry, with a proven track record of enterprise storage sales and a strong record of meeting and exceeding quotas of $5 million plus.
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience selling Information Technology to enterprise clients in their specific geographic region or vertical market.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including public speaking to various size audiences.
- CRM Experience: Ability to use standard Client Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce to forecast opportunities and manage relationships.
- Preferred Experience: Preferred experience working for EMC, HDS, IBM, HP, NetApp, or other established storage infrastructure vendor or business partner.
