Enterprise Sales Team Manager - Germany
In this key position, you will lead and support a team of Enterprise Account Managers in achieving success. Your responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to create winning proposals and contracts, negotiating with clients for mutually beneficial agreements, and promoting Fortinet's position as a leader in Unified Threat Management. You will also manage reseller partnerships, drive business growth, and provide training on Fortinet's products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Account Managers
- Create and execute account plans to exceed sales goals
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and partners
- Manage effective relationships with region Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Consultants
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in technology sales
- Proven track record of team management
- Ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience in network security
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Goal-oriented with strong leadership abilities
Education:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
