Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies
- Co-create, operate, and further develop the Staffbase intranet/messaging app
- Coordinate internal communication activities with international Schattdecor locations
- Conceptualize and write content
- Support public relations and media activities
Your Profile
- Studies in Communication Science, Media Studies, Journalism, or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in internal communication on agency or company side
- Excellent written communication skills, enjoyment of writing, and confidence in concept work
- Team player with social and intercultural competence
- Open and empathetic approach, proactive, and high level of communication skills
- Experience with Staffbase is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
