Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our B2B business in Europe, working closely with key partners and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our B2B business in Europe;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including department stores, specialty retailers, and travel retailers;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products to our target audience;
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of sales data;
  • Support the development and implementation of sales promotional activities and events;
  • Oversee the management of our inventory and pricing strategies to ensure optimal sales and revenue growth;
  • Steer monthly AR meetings and assist the finance team with dunning for customers;
  • Support the development and implementation of sales analyses and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion industry;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders;
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Excel literate and immediate level of Microsoft Office skills;
  • SAP skills;
  • A strong and passionate team player, with a willingness to travel in Europe.
