Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founders' Associate Intern to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and contribute to the development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support for the Founders: You will work closely with our experienced founders, Lukas and Philip, providing support in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  • Research and Analysis: You will assist the founders in conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Project Management: You will take ownership of your own projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Operational Tasks: You will support the optimization and smooth operation of internal processes.
  • Finance: You will collaborate with our Finance Manager to perform daily financial tasks, including dunning, subscription management, invoicing, customer contact, and preparatory accounting.
  • Office Management: You will ensure the office runs smoothly, including processing incoming mail and maintaining a comfortable work environment.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: You will take on short-term, critical tasks essential to the company's success.
Requirements
  • Education: You are a registered student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program, such as business administration, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: You have completed at least a 3-month internship or a 6-month working student job.
  • Duration: You can commit to supporting us as an intern for 3-6 months, ideally 6 months.
  • Location: You are based in Berlin and willing to work from our office in Berlin Mitte at least 3 days a week.
  • Language Skills: You have excellent communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and English (fluent), both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, able to quickly grasp complex issues and present them in a clear manner.
  • Attention to Detail: You are meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  • Interest in Entrepreneurship: You have a strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship, eager to learn from experienced founders.
