About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support our team in realizing our vision and contributing to our growth. As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn from our CEO and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Your Tasks

  • Support in identifying new expansion opportunities and target market segments through market analysis and competitive research.
  • Assist in implementing the overall strategic direction of the company and develop actionable strategies to achieve our business objectives.
  • Support the analysis of customer insights to understand their needs and preferences and derive tailor-made strategies.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the C-Level or external stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • You are looking for an internship starting in January.
  • You are available for at least three months.
  • Completed studies in economics, computer science, or comparable qualifications with above-average grades.
  • First internships in high-profile companies, e.g., in consulting, VC, or high-growth startups.
  • You live in Berlin and the surrounding area or are willing to come to Berlin for your internship.
  • You speak fluent English, good German is a plus.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in working with databases and analysis tools is a big plus.
  • High level of analytical competence, quick comprehension, and ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships.
  • You are goal-oriented, take the initiative, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A strategic way of thinking and an excellent understanding of numbers.
  • Last but not least, you have a passion for start-ups and entrepreneurship.
