About SNAZZ

SNAZZ is a digitalization and software agency based on the island of Rügen and in Berlin. Our goal is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their digital transformation journey, helping them optimize business processes, automate tasks, and save time and money.

We achieve this by analyzing the challenges of each company, comparing existing solutions in the industry, and designing a customized digital software solution in collaboration with the client.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Founders Associate to join our team. As a Founders Associate, you will support the development of new business areas, work independently to achieve goals, and assist the management team in all organizational and administrative tasks.

You will also support the management team in all tasks related to our subsidiaries and new projects, such as IT, CarSharing, Tinyhouses, and new spaces. Your responsibilities will include creating decision-making documents, presentations, and graphics, as well as analyzing data.

You will serve as a communication interface between the management team and external business partners and employees, communicating in both German and English. You will also be responsible for preparing and following up on meetings and telephone conferences, including taking minutes.

Additionally, you will coordinate international and national travel activities and prepare expense reports.

Requirements
  • You are studying business administration, law, engineering, or a related field
  • You have excellent German and secure English language skills
  • You are characterized by a reliable and independent working style
  • You have a passion for high-speed work, moving things, and structured and meticulous work
  • You have 40 hours per week available for the internship
  • It is an advantage if you have already gained experience in startups, agencies, or consulting
