We are in search of a future team member for the position of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager - Group Manager Alternatives Operations to enhance our Real Estate Fund Accounting division. This role offers a hybrid work environment.
In this capacity, you will have a significant impact in the following areas:
Leading teams dedicated to delivering administrative services to real estate clientele. Overseeing processes and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and timely reporting for clients during each measurement cycle. Cultivating relationships with clients and various stakeholders. Engaging with clients on intricate issues. Assessing German investment laws and regulations to evaluate the implications of new regulations on BNY Mellon’s accounting practices. Formulating strategies and providing direction to teams regarding the implementation of corporate policies. Addressing complex issues escalated by team members. Recruiting, guiding, inspiring, and developing personnel. Identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and service delivery.To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Extensive experience in alternatives operations. Proven track record of operational excellence. Over years of experience in team management, preferably within the real estate sector. Demonstrated management capabilities in a global organization, overseeing multiple teams across various clients. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate accounting practices. Exceptional communication skills. Capacity to lead change and manage complex operational enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential. Project management experience is advantageous.
