We are looking for a future team member for the role of Senior VP, Fund/Client Accounting Manager - Group Manager Alternatives Operations to become a part of our Real Estate Fund Accounting division. This position is hybrid.
In this position, you will contribute in the following ways:
Leading teams responsible for delivering administrative services to real estate clients. Overseeing processes and resource allocation to ensure quality and timely reporting to clients during each measurement cycle. Managing relationships with clients and various stakeholders. Engaging with clients on intricate issues. Assessing German investment laws and regulations to evaluate the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon’s accounting practices. Formulating strategies and providing guidance to teams on the execution of company policies. Addressing complex issues escalated from team members. Recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing personnel. Identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and service delivery.To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Extensive experience in alternatives operations. Proven track record of operational excellence. Over years of experience managing teams, preferably in the real estate sector. Demonstrated management capability in a global organization, overseeing multiple teams across various clients. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate accounting. Strong communication abilities. Capacity to lead change and manage complex operational enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
