Currency Management Product Specialist, Vice President

About the Role

State Street Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to join its team as a Currency Management Product Specialist, Vice President. This role will be responsible for representing and delivering the suite of currency management products managed by the Portfolio Solutions Group (PSG) to clients in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day account management activities, including account setup, onboarding, new fund launches, and project management.
  • Engage with senior management locally in the EMEA region, representing the broader Currency Management business and the operations taking place globally.
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients in the region, addressing queries, managing change, and resolving time-critical issues.
  • Manage and develop client relationships, providing clients with professional support on solutions design and any changes to product offerings. Organize and lead periodic account reviews.
  • Assist with EU Currency Management business development and product strategy efforts, focusing on market analysis and strategic business opportunities for continental Europe.
  • Promote the Currency Management and other Portfolio Solutions products.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and adhere to escalation procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance or banking.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a financial services or buy-side organization.
  • Deep understanding of fund accounting, custody, and transfer agency operations.
  • Deep understanding of FX, derivatives, and other securities markets.
