In this pivotal position, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities following comprehensive training.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the assigned sales region.
- Effectively manage new initiatives with current clients while securing new accounts.
- Collaborate with clients and the internal technical team to create and implement innovative technical solutions across various high-tech sectors.
- Offer support for project initiation and ongoing customer engagement.
- Oversee and manage both internal and external project activities.
- Compile and present reports that outline new business opportunities, sales interactions, competitor movements, potential clients, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the executive team on customer applications.
Qualifications
- A degree in engineering, focusing on process, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with outstanding academic performance and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering and technical sales.
- Proficient in English and Japanese.
- Proven track record of resolving intricate technical challenges in collaboration with clients.
