Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager - EU to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners across Europe and driving revenue growth through effective partnership strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth and expand our business network across Europe.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives and target markets.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and performance tracking.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and proven experience in partnership management. He/she will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in the telecom domain is a plus.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Partner Acquisition experience.
  • Proven track record of success in partnership development and management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at various levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, pay attention to detail, and make concise recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexible to take over any region (e.g., MENA) if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Nice to Have

  • Extensive network in Europe for reaching out to new brands.
  • Previous account management experience (partner accounts or sales accounts).
  • Experience working in digital/tech companies serving telcos, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with venture capital (VC).
