Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/w/d)
ROLE OVERVIEW
Develop and execute effective sales strategies while fostering relationships with key clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers within targeted sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivating professional relationships both internally and within designated key accounts, identifying and nurturing a network of stakeholders, and strengthening connections at the executive level. Leading contract negotiations across the full range of company offerings. Designing comprehensive service packages that combine products with value-added services. Proactively managing the strategic account mapping and planning process to establish mutual performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones for the medium term. Coordinating the involvement of various Boston divisions and functions within focus accounts to achieve performance objectives and meet customer expectations. Analyzing market data to assess customer needs, potential volumes, pricing structures, and discount strategies, and developing sales tactics aligned with corporate objectives. Monitoring reimbursement trends within the country and formulating strategies to ensure the inclusion and maintenance of Boston Scientific products in reimbursement frameworks. Assisting in defining negotiation parameters for challenging customer scenarios with financial constraints. Promoting our ADVANTICSTM portfolio of Services & Solutions, establishing robust long-term partnerships with key accounts. Staying informed about industry developments and their implications for national sales strategies. Maintaining awareness of market trends and their effects on sales activities. Leading Account Teams in executing and fulfilling commercial agreements with key accounts, ensuring profitable growth for Boston Scientific's business portfolio.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree (Master's) preferred. 5-10 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on business development considered advantageous. Proficiency in German and a strong command of English are essential. Experience in project management within the healthcare sector from inception to execution. Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills, particularly at the executive level. Competence in change management and problem-solving. Analytical abilities to creatively resolve complex challenges. Demonstrated capacity to influence and collaborate within a matrixed environment.
