Lead Financial Planning Analyst

As a Lead Financial Planning Analyst, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of all essential financial processes at Westwing Home & Living and have the opportunity to enhance them further. You will work closely with the Finance Executive Team, actively participating in various strategic and operational topics as well as significant decisions at both the group and entity levels. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
play a vital role in the FP&A & Controlling team by ensuring transparency on general, administrative, and marketing costs across the entire Group assist in managing and transforming the financial closing process collaborate with stakeholders across teams, functions, and countries, acting as a steering partner to relevant stakeholders, including the CFO and members of Westwing's Executive team provide analyses that inform and enhance top management decisions by delivering a high degree of financial transparency and insights help manage financial risk, alerting when deviations from the plan are expected and offering improvement suggestions serve as the primary partner in managing and transforming the financial planning processes for group-wide general, administrative, and marketing costsYOU COME WITH
5+ years of professional experience in an analytical environment such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, or Finance strong analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to understand both the details and the broader context a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and improving them experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing complex, unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership and organizational skills ability to communicate clearly, factually, and persuasively with various seniority levels enthusiasm for making an impact and working within a multicultural team fluency in EnglishWHY WESTWING
