Für unseren Standort suchen wir eine/n: Financial Planning & Analysis Lead (m/w/d)

Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Planungsprozesses für die Mittelfristplanung des Konzerns
  • Systemadministration sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung des integrierten Planungs- und Reportingsystems IBM COGNOS Analytics (TM1)
  • Koordinierung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Controllingprozesse und -systeme
  • Übernahme einer aktiven Rolle bei der Definition von Prozessen und der Einführung einer integrierten IT-Architektur (ERP / CRM, BI-Systeme für Planung, Reporting, Analyse und Steuerung)
  • Erarbeitung diverser betriebswirtschaftlicher Analysen und Sonderauswertungen für den CFO

Bewerberprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (gerne Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsmathematik)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie in den Themen Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting etc.
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten sowie Erfahrungen mit gängigen BI-Tools (bspw. Power BI)
  • Erfahrung mit IBM COGNOS Analytics (TM1) und SAP S4/HANA wünschenswert
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
