Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Enmacc GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and business partnering to support our growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify areas for cost savings, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Functional Team Lead: Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.
