Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

AccorInvest is seeking a Financial Analyst (m/w/d) to become a vital part of their Finance Team.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial assessments to assist the CFO, portfolio managers, and asset managers.

This position will focus on enhancing the operational efficiency of the hotel portfolio within the DACH region.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, along with substantial experience in financial evaluation.

Familiarity with the hospitality sector is advantageous, as well as strong analytical capabilities and expertise in MS-Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the assessment and completion of annual hotel budgets
  • Engage in monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • Support portfolio managers in evaluating and enhancing hotel performance
  • Assist in the assessment and formulation of business strategies
