Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Your Role
As Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's financial planning and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company-wide financial planning routines, scenario modeling, and stress testing. You will also lead our yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, challenging business inputs and collaborating closely with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the company's strategic initiatives and investments into our long-term business plan (3-5 years) and own the underlying model.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable business planning tool that integrates with SAP S4/Hana to improve the integrity and scalability of our financial models and planning processes.
- Perform scenario modeling and stress testing of our business plan with a focus on financial risk to inform thorough decision making by our senior management.
- Support other teams across the company with financial analyses and modeling of business cases to assess the viability of new initiatives and investment opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A and/or Controlling in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, business administration, or similar.
- Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting, coupled with advanced financial modeling abilities.
- Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
- Quick on one's feet, well organized, and an excellent team player.
- Fluent in English.
