Your Role
- As the Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Strategist, you will oversee comprehensive financial planning processes, develop scenario analyses, and conduct stress tests, while also managing ad-hoc financial modeling for various business initiatives.
- This pivotal position will directly influence our strategic direction, reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance and collaborating with the executive leadership team.

Your Responsibilities
- Transform the company's strategic goals and investment plans into a comprehensive long-term financial strategy (3-5 years) and manage the associated financial models.
- Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, critically evaluating all business inputs and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance the financial models.
- Conduct scenario analyses and stress tests on the business plan, focusing on financial risks to support informed decision-making by senior management.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling support to other teams, evaluating the feasibility of new projects and investment opportunities.
- Lead the selection and deployment of an effective business planning tool that integrates with SAP S4/Hana, enhancing the reliability and scalability of our financial models and planning workflows.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Finance, ideally within FP&A or Controlling in a high-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting, along with advanced financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Familiarity with German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- A proactive self-starter with strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Fluency in English is required.
