Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Process& GmbH. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth with senior-level contacts within enterprise organizations.

You will work closely with our Consulting and Data Science department to offer the best value of our services to our clients' needs. Your consultative sales approach, polished communication and presentation skills, and entrepreneurial mindset will enable you to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting key customers with up- and cross-sales
  • Exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities from the beginning of a sales cycle through to customer success
  • Generating short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
  • Tracking all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Engaging with data science and consulting teams to help drive the offering strategy
Your Profile

We are looking for a sales professional with:

  • At least 3 years of sales or consulting experience in technical services in B2B business
  • At least 3 years of sales experience to VP and C-level executives
  • Experience in SaaS outbound sales is an advantage
  • A track record of success selling into enterprise companies
  • Consistent delivery on quarterly and annual quotas
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing using solution selling techniques
  • Experience with accurate forecasting
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
