Overview:

Our client, a prominent global Investment Bank, is seeking to appoint a pivotal leader within their expanding Rates division in Frankfurt. This position will concentrate on Flow Rates Sales, presenting a unique opportunity to excel while propelling the business forward as a key contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and guide the Flow Rates Sales operations, collaborating with institutional clients throughout continental Europe.
  • Establish and nurture new client partnerships, leveraging your expertise in client communication to foster business growth.
  • Engage with management strategically to support the ongoing development of their burgeoning Frankfurt operations.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, with a significant emphasis on Flow Rates Sales.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships, particularly with institutional clients, is crucial.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
