Are you seeking a dynamic client-facing position with diverse responsibilities? The role of Customer Success Consultant may be an ideal match for you.
'Miles' serves as an ERP solution tailored for the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility sectors. It offers a comprehensive suite that integrates front-, mid-, and back-office operations, allowing extensive customization to meet client requirements through configuration.
You will be integrated into a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions to our clients. This team includes specialists focused on new implementations of 'Miles', guiding clients through the go-live phase and the subsequent hyper-care period. Following this, the support unit, which you will be part of, will take over.
As a Customer Success Consultant, your approach will encompass two key aspects:
In a Support Capacity:
You will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding inquiries and issues. You will ensure a thorough understanding of the problem, conduct a comprehensive analysis, and assist in implementing the solution. You will be accountable for tracking progress, planning, and updating the client on the status of their requests.The Business Consultant aspect revolves around managing change requests. This entails:
Conducting requirements gathering, performing functional analysis, and proposing solutions to clients. Overseeing the entire process, including testing the final solution before handover.During daily Scrum meetings, priorities will be established concerning defects and issues. Beyond that, you will have the autonomy to manage your own priorities in your daily tasks and schedule.
Required Skills and Interests
Given the dual nature of this role, it is essential to work in an organized manner and effectively manage your time. Additionally, you must be adept at navigating shifting priorities and high-pressure situations. Daily problem-solving will require a strong analytical mindset.
Collaboration is crucial, not only within the support team but also with Developers, Business Consultants, and Project Managers. You should possess the confidence and determination to independently handle tickets and change requests when necessary.
Additional Expectations:
Proficiency in both German (minimum C1) and English, as we operate on an international scale. Several years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role. Extensive experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution configuration.What We Provide
