W24 Service GmbH ist ein fortschrittliches Unternehmen, das sich darauf konzentriert, Maschinenbauunternehmen durch unsere Softwarelösungen zu unterstützen. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und suchen daher einen engagierten Client Success Specialist, der sicherstellt, dass unsere Kunden mit unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen erfolgreich sind.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Integration und Onboarding: Unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Software in ihre bestehende IT-Infrastruktur. Dies umfasst das technische Onboarding sowie die Beratung bei technischen Entscheidungen, wie z.B. der Auswahl des optimalen Verbindungstyps (Websocket oder HTTPS Callback).
  • Beratung und Wissenstransfer: Vermitteln Sie Maschinenbauwissen an die Softwareentwickler unserer Kunden. Erklären Sie beispielsweise, was ein IT-Grad ist und wie dieses Konzept bei der Preiskalkulation helfen kann.
  • Unterstützung bei der Anpassung: Helfen Sie unseren Kunden bei der Definition und Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten Ausgabeformaten.
  • Kundenbetreuung: Seien Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, auch nach der initialen Implementierung. Gehen Sie auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Nutzung unserer Software reibungslos verläuft, damit sie ihre Unternehmensziele erreichen können.
  • Dokumentation: Pflegen und erweitern Sie unsere Online-Dokumentation, um häufige Fragen unserer Kunden zu antizipieren und Ihre zukünftige Arbeit zu erleichtern.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Engineering- und Qualitätsteams zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen zu bewältigen.
  • Kundenbeziehungen: Bauen Sie starke Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung sicherzustellen.
Ihr Profil
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Eine proaktive und kundenorientierte Einstellung.
  • Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau oder einem verwandten Bereich, alternativ eine abgeschlossene Gesellen- oder Meisterausbildung.
  • Kenntnisse in der Python-Programmierung, um effektiv mit den Entwicklern unserer Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details.
