Position Overview - As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships on a global scale, aiming to enhance our international presence in the influencer marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically develop and execute sales initiatives to attract new international clients.
  • Prepare proposals, engage in negotiations, and finalize agreements.
  • Establish and nurture business partnerships.
  • Contribute actively to process improvement and share innovative ideas.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Leverage B2B experience to drive results.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
Qualifications
  • A strong passion for sales and client relationship management.
  • Extensive experience as a sales or account manager within the online sector or a digital marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or related fields.
  • Proficient in professional client communication, both in-person and virtually.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, along with project and time management skills.
  • Fluent in both English and German (mandatory).
