Marketing Programs Coordinator

Wir suchen einen motivierten Marketing Programs Coordinator, der sich auf die Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Messen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat sollte eine gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeit besitzen und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten, haben.

Haupaufgaben und wesentliche Anforderungen
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Messen
  • Koordinierung von Rednerplätzen auf Branchenkonferenzen
  • Koordinierung des Versands und der Entgegennahme von Messeständen, Ausstellungseinheiten, Werbematerialien und Werbeartikeln in äußerst zeitkritischen und terminabhängigen Situationen
  • Reisen und Unterstützung von Veranstaltungen vor Ort nach Bedarf
  • Korrespondenz mit externen Ausstellern zur Organisation von Veranstaltungsaufträgen
  • Unterstützung des Marketing Programs Manager Global bei der Organisation und Nachbereitung von großen Adtran-eigenen Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Adtran-eigenen Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Website-Design, Registrierung, Kommunikation, Umfragen nach der Veranstaltung, etc.
  • Organisation von und Teilnahme an Telefonkonferenzen zur Veranstaltungsplanung und Anfertigung von Notizen zur Weitergabe an das Kernplanungsteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Recherche des jährlichen Veranstaltungskalenders und der Aktualisierung der veranstaltungsspezifischen Details auf der gemeinsamen Server-Website (SharePoint)
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingkampagnen und der Verteilung von Leads in Salesforce
  • Verwaltung der veranstaltungsbezogenen Ausgaben unter Berücksichtigung des Budgets und rechtzeitige Vorlage der Rechnungen zur Zahlung
  • Gelegentliche Recherchen und Präsentationen zu vom Global Marketing Programs Manager zugewiesenen Themen
Erforderliche Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
  • Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder anderer Ausbildungsrichtung
  • Grundkenntnisse in B2B-Marketing und Marketingkommunikation
  • Gute Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
  • Hervorragende Organisationfähigkeiten
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen
