Role Overview
The Marketing Programs Coordinator will play a crucial role in the coordination and support of various marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events across multiple regions. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing self-organized events and trade shows.
- Coordinating speaking engagements at industry conferences.
- Managing logistics for the shipping and receiving of event materials and promotional items under tight deadlines.
- Traveling to support on-site events as required.
- Communicating with external vendors to facilitate event arrangements.
- Assisting the Senior Marketing Programs Manager in organizing large-scale corporate events.
- Supporting the planning of corporate events, including website design, registration processes, and post-event evaluations.
- Organizing and participating in event planning meetings, documenting key points for the planning team.
- Researching and updating the annual event calendar and maintaining details on the shared server.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns and managing lead distribution using Salesforce.
- Monitoring event-related expenses in alignment with budget constraints and ensuring timely invoice submissions.
- Conducting research and preparing presentations on topics assigned by the Senior Global Marketing Programs Manager.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
