Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate champion to join our Program Coordination Office (PCO) within the Strategic Marketing & Digital division at our headquarters in Munich. As a Program Coordinator, you will take charge of the strategic design and execution of the Brainlab Cultural Initiative. You will identify key themes and priorities, thereby advancing efforts to enhance Brainlab's involvement in various artistic, musical, and cultural endeavors.

In this position, you will:

  • Engage in the tactical planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives within an artistic framework. This role will enable you to connect Brainlab with the community, particularly the cultural scene in Germany and beyond.
  • Implement focused strategies aligned with Brainlab's objectives for engagement in socially significant cultural initiatives, particularly in music, art, and cultural education, benefiting both Brainlab personnel and the wider community.
  • Contribute to our outreach team with public and private organizations, assisting in establishing Brainlab as a forward-thinking, inclusive, and innovative collaborator in the realms of culture, politics, media, and business, as well as the non-profit sector.
  • Assist the department in nurturing existing collaborations, maintaining close communication with partners and the relevant offices of sponsoring organizations.
  • Support the department in the strategic and content-driven promotion of the "Vilsmeier-Linhares Collection (Munich)".
  • Formulate a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy for the Brainlab Cultural Initiative and devise creative offerings for Brainlab AG employees and stakeholders.
  • Create project timelines and benchmarks, monitor the ongoing development of projects, guide all participants, and communicate progress, thereby facilitating collaboration among project members and serving as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • You possess a completed university degree (minimum bachelor's), ideally in the humanities, art history, communication, or related cultural disciplines.
  • You have experience at the intersection of culture and commerce, demonstrating a confident and autonomous approach to project and event coordination.
  • You are familiar with the key figures in the cultural landscape of Munich and Germany, as well as the political and media environment, and know how to integrate these networks with various Brainlab channels.
  • You have a background in marketing and communication projects, project management, and sponsorship, and you are enthusiastic about organizing and creating.
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with experience in crafting speeches, presentations, and engaging in social media and online communication.
