We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Sales to strengthen and grow vital B2B partnerships within the E-Commerce landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and improve current B2B client partnerships
  • Negotiate and finalize lucrative, long-term agreements
  • Identify and engage potential business clients through networking and events
  • Evaluate and enhance customer satisfaction metrics
  • Design and execute tailored sales initiatives
  • Work closely with product teams and Category Management
  • Attend trade fairs and industry gatherings for client engagement and retention
Your Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management, ideally within E-Commerce or B2B sectors
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively close deals
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach
  • Innovative thinking in exploring new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Jira, and Google applications is advantageous
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
