Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Executive Team: You will provide support to the executive team in both organizational and administrative capacities, serving as their trusted partner for strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Project Oversight: Independently plan, coordinate, and oversee projects in close partnership with the executive team and various departments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare foundational materials for decision-making, analyze pertinent data, and generate reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating Communication: Act as a bridge between the executive team, employees, supervisory board, advisory board, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations and prepare them professionally in terms of both content and visual appeal.
  • Meeting and Workshop Coordination: Organize and prepare for workshops and meetings, including taking minutes and documenting outcomes.
  • Market Research: Monitor and assess strategic partnerships, market opportunities, and potential avenues to optimally position our organization in the industry.
  • Client Project Management: Depending on your experience level, you may also oversee smaller client projects to ensure successful execution.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events to guarantee their successful implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, along with initial work experience in a comparable role.
  • Organizational Proficiency: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex information thoroughly.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
