About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Key Account team and manage centralised relationships with key accounts, including MediaMarkt, Online, and Grocer, in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the consumer electronics or retail industry, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and provide strategic guidance to the sales team within the German business unit.
- Foster a cohesive and high-performing team environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, strategy, and mission.
- Develop, coach, and mentor a strong sales team, empowering them to lead their respective customers effectively and make informed decisions that drive success.

- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Expert-level use of sales KPIs to drive business growth.
- High degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a commitment to collaborate across functions and levels within the business.
- Experience in sales and account management, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing key retail accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the German retail market, particularly within the consumer electronics sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
