Strategic Account Executive

Are you enthusiastic about fostering and sustaining enduring partnerships with B2B clients in the E-Commerce sector? As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in Sales, your primary focus will be on cultivating our essential business clientele in E-Commerce, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee and strengthen existing B2B client relationships
- Negotiate and secure advantageous, long-term agreements
- Identify and attract new business clients through various channels
- Assess and enhance customer satisfaction levels
- Design and execute customized sales initiatives
- Work closely with product teams and Category Management
- Engage in trade shows and industry events for client acquisition and retention
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally within E-Commerce or B2B
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to facilitate successful sales closures
- Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Innovative approach to discovering new business opportunities
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Jira, and Google products is advantageous
- Proficient in both German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
