Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's business operations, overseeing all aspects of the business, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Operations Management: Oversee the company's business operations, including packaging, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Human Resources Management: Manage the company's human resources, including recruitment, training, and development of employees.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Head of Production, office staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and German is mandatory (at least B1). Russian language skills are also desirable.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory work experience in a similar industry.
  • Education: Basic accounting knowledge and a degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, finance).
  • Skills: High communication and soft skills, advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and experience with SAP SE or Odoo is an advantage.
