We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to enhance our presence in the Intermediated Wholesale sector across Germany and Austria. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and expanding new business relationships for our firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales acumen and in-depth product knowledge, managing large and intricate client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Realizes set sales and retention objectives through proactive management of all executive and staff-level sales activities.Supports significant sales partnerships and independently strategizes and executes plans for key market segments, achieving sales and retention targets while adhering to our ethical standards. Provides mentorship to junior sales representatives.Formulates a comprehensive sales strategy for designated territories and/or target client segments to effectively identify high-quality business opportunities and leverage our firm's capabilities for optimal outcomes.Articulates our investment offerings and services to potential clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders through various communication channels, including written, verbal, and digital formats.Establishes robust relationships with senior management within prospective and existing client organizations, driving awareness of our investment services through targeted outreach efforts, which may include cold outreach, in-person meetings, direct mail campaigns, hosting informational seminars, and participating in industry events. A regional focus on the western and northern areas of Germany is preferred.Implements long-term strategies for relationship development with key prospects, managing large and complex accounts.Utilizes market insights and competitive analysis to effectively position our services.Gains a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Mentors and collaborates with less experienced sales representatives and internal stakeholders.Engages in special projects and fulfills additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, with a preference for ten years in sales.A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a graduate degree is preferred.CFA designation is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities; strong time management skills are essential.Proficient in conceptual thinking.Exhibits a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and management.Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication, a willingness to assist beyond direct responsibilities, and a commitment to personal growth and team success.Identifies, cultivates, and develops new business opportunities for our firm while supporting the retention of key accounts.No regulatory license or registration is required.

Additional Information:

Our firm does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.This role is hybrid and requires local presence in our Frankfurt office.
