As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with various corporate clients in the commercial sector. Your role involves collaborating with our recruitment team to match companies and candidates, leveraging your expertise in sales and negotiation to drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Connecting employers with skilled professionals through strategic partnerships and networking
- Maintaining and expanding your professional network to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to meet their staffing needs
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to find suitable candidates for client positions
- Supporting candidates throughout the application process to ensure a seamless experience

Your Profile:
- Degree or vocational training in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the personnel service sector

- Independent and organized work approach to manage multiple clients and projects
- Team player with a valid driver's license to facilitate business travel
