We are seeking a Senior Manager of Wholesale Sales to enhance our team in Germany. This position entails working closely with the Head of Wholesale to stimulate growth across Wellington's diverse product offerings with Financial Intermediaries in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Wholesale sales strategy with intermediaries
  • Deliver client engagement to foster growth
  • Establish and nurture relationships with distribution partners
  • Enhance existing client connections
  • Contribute to industry networking
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales strategies
  • Mentor Business Development Associates and Relationship Analysts
  • Participate in team meetings, strategic planning, and development
  • Support distribution activities with key accounts through regional travel

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Proven success in managing client relationships
