Sales Development Representative

We are collaborating with a leading global market research firm seeking a (Junior) Business Development Executive to enhance their expanding sales team. This position is a permanent, full-time role offered in a hybrid format.

Key Responsibilities

This entry-level sales position is ideal for a driven individual eager to progress in B2B sales. You will collaborate with seasoned sales professionals and utilize your interpersonal abilities to forge new customer relationships, arrange meetings, and assist in the sales process with valuable insights. If you are motivated, results-oriented, and commercially aware, this opportunity may be suitable for you.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Arranging new business meetings through networking and lead generation activities (including cold outreach via email and phone).
  • Conducting exploratory calls to assess potential opportunities.
  • Tracking and documenting sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Presenting to and advising clients.
  • Aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Eventually negotiating and finalizing deals.
  • Utilizing sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Preferably a University degree in Business or a related field.
  • Some background in direct B2B sales.
  • Experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centers, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • A keen interest in market research and marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
