About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team at DInova-Saina-Group GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers
Requirements
  • Relevant sales or customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
