Director of Global Marketing for Life Science Automation

Position Overview

The role of the Global Marketing Manager encompasses the development and execution of the value proposition and go-to-market strategy for our innovative products, services, and software solutions within the Automation Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the value proposition and market entry strategies for our offerings.
  • Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns related to products and cross-product initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Innovation Management Team to align business development and marketing strategies.
  • Create a compelling narrative around our product offerings.
  • Oversee event management, trade shows, and the development of marketing materials, along with defining training processes for sales personnel.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while gathering customer insights.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Several years of experience in marketing and/or product management.
  • Experience in the life sciences sector is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead international projects effectively.
  • Strong networking capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft/Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
