We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our Business Unit Automation, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Value Proposition and Go-to-market strategy for our products, services, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase demand and revenue for our products and services.
- Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing and implement measures to enhance it in collaboration with Corporate Marketing and regional marketing teams.
- Develop and coordinate product-related and cross-product marketing activities and campaigns to attract customers and generate leads.
- Work closely with the Innovation Management Team on business development and marketing strategy for recurring revenue streams.
- Build a compelling marketing story for our offerings and support product positioning across segment and regional boundaries.
- Manage events and trade shows, create marketing materials, and define product training processes for sales staff.
- Maintain active relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collect customer feedback to support the Automation business unit.
- Master's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a combination of these fields.
- Several years of experience in marketing and/or product management positions.
- Experience in the life science industry and a significant network in the life science sector.
- Proven experience in executing international projects and virtual leadership.
- Strong networking skills and an independent and structured working style.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Office 365.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
