Global Marketing Director for Life Science Automation

Role Overview
The Global Marketing Manager for Automated Life Science Solutions will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our innovative products and services within the Automation Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Value Proposition and Go-to-market strategy for our diverse range of products, services, and software solutions.
- Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product-centric and cross-product marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Innovation Management Team to align business development efforts with marketing strategies.
- Create a compelling narrative around our offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events and trade shows, while also producing marketing collateral and establishing training processes for the sales team.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback from customers.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing is required.
- Extensive experience in marketing and/or product management is essential.
- Experience within the life science sector is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead international projects and teams effectively.
- Strong networking capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft/Office 365 are necessary.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English are required.
