Role Overview
The Global Marketing Manager for Automated Life Science Solutions is responsible for steering the marketing strategy and execution for our innovative offerings in the automation sector of life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the Value Proposition and Go-to-market strategy for our diverse range of products, services, and software solutions within the Automation Business Unit.
- Evaluate the impact of product marketing initiatives and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Design and oversee product-centric and cross-product marketing campaigns and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Innovation Management Team to align business development efforts with marketing strategies.
- Create a compelling narrative that effectively communicates the value of our offerings.
- Organize and manage events and trade shows, develop marketing collateral, and establish training processes for the sales team.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while gathering valuable customer insights.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Marketing is required.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and/or product management, with several years in the field.
- Prior experience in the life sciences sector is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading international projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional networking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft/Office 365.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
