About the Role:
- Lead data science projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects and managing diverse teams.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, with a well-established network and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to combine robust analytical and conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in modeling and machine learning.
- Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning engines and ability to apply AI and ML methods.
- Exceptional university degree and proficiency in business English and German.
