This position carries substantial responsibilities and is ideal for an individual seeking to advance their career.
This role encompasses a balanced focus on team leadership and the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover, engage, and secure new business prospects within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Oversee the complete sales process from initial outreach to closing agreements, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product to effectively convey its value to potential customers.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Lead the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a B2B SaaS sales position, ideally within a startup context.
- Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of the SaaS business model and software sales methodologies.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to making a significant impact.
This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance a minimum of twice a week.
