About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Real Estate Fund Accounting team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing teams that provide administration services to real estate clients, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage teams responsible for providing administration services to real estate clients.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure quality and timely reporting to clients.
  • Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders, communicating complex issues effectively.
  • Evaluate German investment law and regulations to determine their impact on BNY Mellon's accounting practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving processes and service delivery.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in alternatives operations.
  • Track record of operational excellence.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven management ability in a global organization, managing multiple teams across multiple clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate accounting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change and manage complex operational process enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
