Strategic Account Executive

We are collaborating with a global organization that specializes in medical, security, and travel safety solutions for corporate entities across diverse sectors. Their focus is on assisting companies in reducing health and security risks encountered by their personnel during travel or remote assignments, both locally and internationally. As the team in Germany expands, they are seeking an Account Manager - DE to become part of their office in the Rhein Main region. This position is offered as a hybrid role (3 days in the office/2 days remote) with some travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

In the role of Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a select group of key clients in Germany and enhancing the revenue generated from these accounts. While the emphasis is on managing existing business, there is also an expectation to secure new opportunities and expand the accounts. This position is highly consultative in nature.

As a results-oriented professional, you will:

  • Acquire new business and cultivate relationships within established accounts
  • Identify and foster enduring connections with key stakeholders
  • Consult with clients to understand and address their needs
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for your designated area
  • Create a portfolio of satisfied clients
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Sales and Key Account Management, with a preference for a consultative sales methodology.

  • Experience in senior-level sales and mapping business requirements across an organization
  • Preferably, experience in selling services
  • Strong organizational capabilities, able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
