We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our sales initiatives beyond the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward in new international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of new business strategies and services related to Uniper's assets outside the DACH region.
  • Identify and assess new commodity markets, exploring potential opportunities and formulating business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise sales strategies aimed at penetrating new markets.
  • Oversee the sales volume delivery for Uniper's ammonia initiatives, both conventional and decarbonized.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to navigate approval processes effectively.
  • Represent Uniper at industry conferences and on relevant committees.
  • Report directly to the Head of New Markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in Sales, Origination, or Trading.
  • Deep understanding of international commodity markets (e.g., Gas, Power, LNG, Ammonia, GoOs).
  • Innovative thinker with a pragmatic approach to driving change.
  • Strong customer service orientation and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Passion for enhancing Energy Generation Management (EGM).
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
