About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Philips as a Regional Sales Director - Diagnostic Imaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the Imaging business to secure profitable growth in line with our annual objectives and targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Philips Imaging market share within an assigned Region.
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers, providing Philips Imaging products, services, and solutions.
  • Work at all levels within customer accounts to effectively position Philips and drive the strategy to grow win-rate and order intake for DXR, CT, and MR modality businesses.
  • Travel within the Region for customer and internal meetings.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 10+ years of hospital capital sales experience, with Imaging experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership skills, including leading a team of direct reports and working collaboratively with indirect reports.
  • Ability to build customer relationships at all levels of a customer organization, including C-Suites.
  • Strong analytical skills, including synthesizing market analyses, competitive landscape, and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
  • Financial acumen, including building ROI and TCO proformas.
