About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Growth & Retention Specialist to join our team at Prosperity Solutions. As a key member of our Growth and Retention team, you will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and analysis across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partner lifecycle strategies to optimize retention, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Digital Partner Acquisition, and Product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and business objectives
  • Analyze data to guide performance and scale success, using marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in Growth & Retention Marketing, especially within B2B environments
  • Expertise in designing and implementing partner lifecycle strategies that optimize retention, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value
  • Familiarity with Performance Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing channels, tools, and platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • A strong track record in data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing, analytics, and continuous optimization
