About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Account Team Lead to join our team at GetYourGuide. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining a team of high-impact Account Managers tasked with growing the affiliate channel within the GetYourGuide Brand Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own team goal setting, defining annual key accounts strategy, quarterly OKR planning, and KPI measurement.
  • Lead large complex cross-team projects, delegating to team members, building business cases, project managing initiatives from conception to implementation, and measuring results.
  • Build and manage a high-impact, best-in-class enterprise Account Management team, establish contingency plans and talent pipeline for any and all potential personnel changes.
  • Develop team talent through coaching & mentoring, build career plans and measure your team's performance against Brand competency profiles.
  • Represent the team in updates to senior internal stakeholders or holding presentations to large audiences, attend conferences, and champion the team's position in the industry as a best-in-class affiliate solution.
Requirements
  • 6+ years prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and/or Management Consulting, ideally in an online environment.
  • Understanding of general digital marketing, ability to translate strategy into their own initiatives which drive impact.
  • Knowledge of marketing and finance KPIs, iteration, and optimization.
  • Effective stakeholder management, ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, data-driven, result-oriented, radically customer-centric, persistent, and reliable in execution.
